Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Each product page lists the estimated order fulfillment time. Non-personalized, in-stock items will typically be fulfilled and shipped out within 24 hours, except on Sundays. Personalized items and custom orders will require additional time depending on the item as stated on the product page.
The shipping location will determine how long it will take to arrive. We ship from the East Coast in Savannah, GA. We ship using USPS Priority Shipping or UPS which typically takes 2-3 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a preferred delivery method during checkout. If using free shipping, Cute Booze will select the carrier and shipping method.
Do you ship overseas?
Not at this time.

Can I return my product?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will be happy to provide a refund for your order within 30 days. To request a refund, please submit your request at Contact Us and a Cute Booze team member will be happy to assist you.
Please note that gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Can I get my product personalized?
Cute Booze is excited to offer many personalized products. All options are outlined on the product page along with the estimated production times.
